Usage

1. Turn on and enter weight: Turn the device on and enter your body weight on the LCD – this way the sensor calculates calories precisely.
2. Grab handles and start: Hold both handles and begin swinging – the balls find their arc automatically, no rope length needs to be set.
3. Read stats and improve: Between sets, check jump count, calories, and timer on the display and increase your daily goal during the next workout.

Pro tip: Enter your actual body weight before starting – the motion sensor uses this value to calculate calorie consumption more precisely for every rotation. A few grams difference can result in several calories variation over a 20-minute session.
